Les Tourelles de Pichon Baron е едно от двете втори вина на имението. Кръстено на емблематичните кули на замъка, то въплъщава целия чар на мястото. Исторически известно като Les Tourelles de Longueville, то е преименувано на Les Tourelles de Pichon Baron, считано от реколта 2023 г.
Гроздето, което съставлява тази смес, идва предимно от парцела Sainte Anne, засаден предимно с Мерло, което придава на това вино отличителен характер.

Гроздето се бере ръчно и се сортира за качество. Винификацията се извършва в модерна бъчва, като се започва със студено накисване за подсилване на плодовите аромати. Виното отлежава във френски дъбови бъчви в продължение на 12 до 15 месеца.

55% Мерло, 27% Каберне Совиньон, 13% Каберне Фран, 5% Пети Вердо

Дълбок рубинен цвят. Първоначалният аромат е доста минерален, след което става по-плодов във втория аромат, подчертавайки зрели червени плодове като черна череша и червена боровинка. Атаката е бърза и добре структурирана, с наличен, интегриран и устойчив характер. Танините са прецизни и изискани. Финалът е забележително дълъг и свеж.
