Aroma: Fresh aromas of Highland gorse, juicy fruits, and sweet honeycomb.

Taste: A dominant malty sensation on the palate, transitioning into a creamy feel with hints of citrus and shortbread.

Finish: Medium length, the citrus notes give way to an ethereal sweetness.
