Геровасилиу е избата, която спасява малагузия от изчезване — сортът е почти изгубен, докато Вангелис Геровасилиу не го възстановява през 80-те. Тук е купажиран с асиртико, гръцкия сорт с почти солена минералност. Резултатът е бяло с праскова, цвете и цитрус върху стегнат минерален гръб. Сервирайте на 8–10 °C към морски дарове или риба.
