Реколта 2019 вече е омекнала достатъчно, за да се пие сега: къпина, сушена слива, черен пипер и нотка кожа, върху солидна танинова рамка. Сервирайте на 16–18 °C към агнешко, скара или ястия с червено месо и подправки.
