Изба Марян се намира край едноименното село в Еленския Балкан — район с надморска височина и прохлада, необичайни за българското лозарство, което дава по-свежи и по-стегнати вина. Резервата е червен купаж, отлежал в дъбови бъчви: черна череша, слива, кедър, тютюн и сладка подправка, със средно плътно тяло, ясна киселинност и добре очертани танини. Сервирайте на 16–18 °C към печено месо, дивеч или зрели твърди сирена.
