Light and refreshing, Valpolicella is one of the most famous names among Italian red wines. "Morandina" is a noble terroir, consisting of volcanic soils, while the Pra vineyards are cultivated following only organic practices. The grapes are dried for about 20 days. Then they are hand-sorted and gently pressed. It is aged in French oak.
