Description

„Морилон“ е щирийското име на шардонето, а Muschelkalk означава мидест варовик — почвата, върху която расте лозето. Tement прави от него по-сдържано и по-минерално шардоне от бургундското: лимон, зелена круша, лешник и ясна кредна нотка, без тежък дъб. Реколта 2017 вече е добре развита. Сервирайте на 10–12 °C към риба на фурна, бяло месо или гъби.

Variety: Mourillon/Chardonnay
Color: Light straw-yellow color
Aroma and Taste: Complex aromas of freshly grated apples, dandelion leaves, and roasted almonds, which are also reflected in the wine's taste. The acidity is high, the body has a compact structure, and the finish is mineral and long.
Aging: The vinification and style are consistent with the idea of early consumption. If you decide to keep the wine in the bottle, limit it to 3 years.
Recommended serving temperature: 9-11 C

Classification: Gebietswein Südsteiermark, own production.
Regional wines are dry white wines made from a single grape variety that emphasize the region as a whole, rather than individual factors of its origin. The hand-picked grapes are carefully tended to, and the wine must spend at least half a year in the cellar before being bottled.
Vinification: The grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked.
Aging: Fermentation and aging take place in large neutral oak barrels. Aged on the lees for 12 months.
