Grape variety: Morillon/Chardonnay

Color: Light straw-yellow color

Aroma and taste: Complex aromas of freshly grated apples, dandelion leaves and roasted almonds, which are also reflected in the taste of the wine. The acidity is high, the body has a compact structure, and the finish is mineral and long.

Aging: The vinification and style are geared towards early consumption. However, if you decide to keep the wine in the bottle, limit it to 3 years.
