Оранжево вино от асиртико — бяло, ферментирало върху ципите, което му дава кехлибарен цвят и танинова структура. Върху вулканичния асиртико от Санторини ефектът е драматичен: солена минералност, сушена кайсия, чай и восък, с почти червеновинена хватка. Сервирайте на 12–14 °C към пикантна кухня, зрели сирена или печена риба.
