Братя Минкови е основана през 1875 г. в Карнобат и е сред най-старите работещи изби в България. Oak Tree е нейният премиум червен купаж, отлежал в дъбови бъчви — оттам и името. Реколта 2016 показва черен плод, слива, ванилия, кедър и сладка подправка, с плътно тяло и структурирани, но вече заоблени танини. Сервирайте на 16–18 °C към печено телешко, агнешко на бавен огън или зрели твърди сирена.
