Opus Eximium е емблематичният купаж на Gesellmann — прави се от 80-те години и всяка реколта носи собствен номер на етикета. Основата е от местните блауфренкиш, санкт лаурент и цвайгелт, отлежали в дъб. Профилът е плътен и подправен: къпина, вишна, какао и черен пипер. Сервирайте на 16–18 °C, отворено час предварително, към печено месо.
