Description

Ouzo, as we know and love it, viewed through the lens of a modern producer... 100% high-quality alcohol, distilled in copper stills, with patience and care, adding a special selection of seeds, herbs, and spices. The aroma of anise is followed by a bouquet complemented by mastic, citrus, mint, and spices.

The Pilavas family has followed their traditions for three generations, without changing their recipe for almost 60 years. Only fine ingredients are used, undergoing double distillation and much patience to create a truly special product.

Nikos Pilavas's recipe from 1940 is strictly adhered to, after which Pilavas ouzo is left in stainless steel tanks for two to three months after distillation. This process gives the ouzo its smoothness and sweet taste.
