Description

A tart and juicy pet nat, made from direct-pressed grapes. The wine fermented in stainless steel for approximately 3 weeks, followed by 13 months of aging on full lees. As thirst-quenching as a grapefruit spritzer with notes of gooseberry and pear – it has a lot of bubbles, so be sure to chill it immediately to avoid explosions!
