Description

100% Pinot Nero (also known as Pinot Noir) grown in the clayey and medium-textured soils of Cescon's own Basalghelle and Fontanelle vineyards. The wine ages for six months in cement tanks, followed by three months in the bottle before release.

It pairs excellently with roasted white meats and small game, as well as soft and blue cheeses.
