Plantation rums are unique in the world of high-proof spirits. They begin their life as the finest distillate from various parts of the Caribbean, loaded into ex-bourbon barrels (American oak) and aged in their "youth" in a tropical climate. This is followed by a refining journey across the Atlantic to Europe, where the rums are transferred to French oak barrels and reach maturity in a temperate, continental climate. The result is a complex, juicy, multi-layered rum that you won't find anywhere else.

A multi-award-winning rum that embodies the opulence of aged "Spanish" rums. A blend of rums from Belize and Guatemala, Plantation Gran Añejo delivers fresh exotic and yellow fruits, along with notes of well-aged port and sweet sherry wines.
