Plantation rums are unique in the world of spirits. They begin their life as the finest distillate from various points in the Caribbean, loaded into ex-bourbon barrels (American oak) and aged in their "youth" in a tropical climate. This is followed by a refining journey across the Atlantic to Europe, where the rums are transferred to French oak barrels and reach maturity in a temperate, continental climate. The result is a complex, rich, multi-layered rum that you won't find anywhere else.

Plantation Isle of Fiji is a tribute to the beauty of Fiji – this magnificent rum is produced from local Fijian sugarcane and according to traditional techniques, aged in ex-bourbon barrels in the tropical, island climate, and then in a continental climate in French oak. A rich and delicious rum with waves of exotic and dried fruits.
