Description

McCormick Distillery is located in historic Western Missouri and is the oldest continuously operating distillery in the US. Platte Valley is based on 150 years of experience and tradition. It is made from 100% corn mash, and to be called "Straight", the final distillate is aged in barrels for a minimum of 2 years.

Colour: Golden-silver;

Aroma: Floral geranium, honeycomb, dried fruits and pudding;

Taste: Silky, fruity and very elegant with a grainy, peppery and mineral finish.
