Aroma: An explosion of fruit; figs, dates, ripe banana, sultanas, red apple and lime. Pot still spices combine with sweet vanilla and pine notes from the casks.

Taste: Deep, fully dried fruit, traces of citrus with aromatic oils and spices. Vanilla sweetness evolving into toasted oak and barley.

Finish: Exceptionally long, rich in spices and fruit, slowly evolving from sweet caramel to barley.
