Riesling Wachtberg is relatively easy to recognize; it is located at 320m above sea level and is a well-exposed vineyard with crystalline rock, producing wines with backbone, delicate elegance and purity. Notes of pink grapefruit, pineapple and apricot, hints of mint and fine spices. A wine with vitality and delicate mineral-salty characteristics.
