Description

Varieties: Viura, Garnacha Blanca and Malvasia

Hand-picked grapes. After light maceration of the must with the skins in the press, the wine ferments in different sized wooden barrels. After the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine remains in the barrels for 4 months, with the lees stirred.

Straw yellow color.

Aroma: citrus fruits

Taste: complex, citrus and floral notes with a long finish.
