Description
Testament vineyards are located in the wine-growing region of Northern Dalmatia, in the immediate vicinity of the medieval city of Šibenik. With a unique climate and specific soil, grapes in the Šibenik region have consistently strived to grow and develop. This ancient ritual of survival is evident in the rich and deep colors of Testament wines, as well as in their intense flavors and aromas. The unique Testament wines are produced from Pošip and Babić grapes. Both varieties are indigenous, and Babić grapes only grow in this part of the Dalmatian coast where Testament vineyards are located. Testament wines are produced organically, leveraging the special microclimate and soil of the region, which gives them a particularly rich and complex taste.
Opolo is Testament's rosé hit from Dalmatia. This organic wine is characterized by fruity notes and wonderful freshness. It is made from the indigenous Croatian grape variety Babić. Aromas of peach and wild flowers captivate the nose and palate. The wine impresses with its balance and light acidity. If you close your eyes, you will find yourself in a vineyard on the Adriatic Sea with a view of the sea.
