Description

Оранжевото вино е бяло, ферментирало върху ципите — както се прави червено. Резултатът е цвят между кехлибар и мед, танинова структура, каквато бялото обикновено няма, и напълно различен профил. Тук е приложено върху гевюрцтраминер, най-ароматния бял сорт: личи, роза и джинджифил, вече със сушен, чаен нюанс. Сервирайте на 12–14 °C към пикантна кухня или зрели сирена.
