Description

Since 1982, the Ploder family has been growing quality fruits, nectar, and wine in "Vulkanland", located in Southern Styria. In 2006, the first PIWI vineyards were planted, and the Ploder family began biodynamic farming.

It starts with an explosion of red berries, but Ro'za's bouquet can be as fruity as it is herbaceous, with aromas of sage and aromatic herbs. The wine is a blend of 50% Sauvignon Gris and 50% Kerason.

9 months aging on lees in steel tanks and another 7 in 500-liter barrels, to redefine the concept of rosé wine.

Organic and biodynamic (certified) and DEMETER vineyards. The wine is unsulphured and unfiltered.
