Description

After spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine matures in oak barrels of various sizes (225, 400 and 500 liters) and types of oak - Bulgarian, Hungarian and French. The total maturation in barrels is almost 3 years.

Unfiltered - noble sediment may appear. Produced in a limited quantity of 3,110 bottles.

Color - deep ruby

Aroma - spicy with notes of lily of the valley, leather and porcini mushrooms

Taste - aromas of coffee and dark chocolate.

We recommend decanting for a minimum of 30 minutes before consumption.
