The vineyard is divided into multiple micro-parcels with single-variety Tempranillo grapes. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"auto\"\u003eHarvesting is done by hand,\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan dir=\"auto\"\u003e parcel by parcel, with initial selection made on site in the vineyard.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAn elegant and expressive wine, produced in a limited series from a single parcel. Made only from the best vintages. 100% Tinta Fina (Tempranillo) grapes from our \"La Arenosa\" parcel, located in the \"El Páramo\" strip, at 900 meters above sea level, with 35-year-old vines yielding a very selective production.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e50% of the fermentation process takes place in 4500 kg stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 27°C, and the remaining 50% in French oak barrels. Once fermentation is complete, we leave the wine to macerate with the pomace for two weeks.
