Description

The Señorío de San Vicente winery is located in the municipality of Rioja, San Vicente de la Sonsierra, a place of origin for great wines. It all started in a vineyard first planted in 1985, in an exceptional location, La Canoca, where an almost extinct local variety, Tempranillo Peludo, was planted. This clone is known for its small berries and exceptional aromatic notes, providing special conditions for the birth of complex wines worthy of aging. The result is a remarkable wine, named after the winery.

The grapes are hand-picked from a single vineyard, and the wine typically ages for 20 months in new, predominantly French oak barrels.

Deep cherry-red color. Complex aroma with balsamic, ripe fruit, and licorice notes. Fresh and well-rounded sensations in the mouth, with volume and excellent balance. Finishes with an intense aftertaste.

A wine with great aging potential.

We recommend decanting at least 1 hour before consumption.
