Description

San Vicente Madera, Imperial 6 L is an impressive red wine from Rioja, Spain, presented in a large 6-liter Imperial format. This is a bottle created for special occasions, collector's selections, and gifts with a strong presence.

The wine is produced from 100% Tempranillo Peludo—a rare branch of Tempranillo, characteristic of San Vicente de la Sonsierra. It originates from the La Canoca vineyard, where low yields and calcareous-clay soils contribute to concentration, depth, and an elegant structure.

San Vicente impresses with a deep cherry-garnet color and a complex aromatic profile with nuances of ripe black fruits, sweet spices, licorice, vanilla, and subtle herbal notes. The taste is full-bodied, velvety, and balanced, with well-integrated oak, ripe tannins, and a long, noble finish.
