Розе от два български сорта — рубин (кръстоска между небиоло и сира, създадена в България) и мавруд. Драгомир е малка изба край Пловдив, основана от двама енолози и сред най-последователно добрите в страната. Розето е сухо, с ягода, малина и подправка, по-плътно от провансалското. Сервирайте на 8–10 °C към салати, риба на грил или бяло месо.
