Aroma and taste: Sauvignon Blanc that impresses with its intense nose and aromas of gooseberry, blackcurrant and elderflower. It has a juicy core of sweet fruits, which is perfectly complemented by an elegant acidic structure. The finish is fresh.
Ageing: The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. Best for consumption from the moment of purchase and delivery.
Recommended serving temperature: 9-11 C
Additional Notes

Soil: Stony top layer, with gravel and clay loess underneath.
Harvest is by hand at the beginning of September.
Classification and Vinification:
90% cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18-20°C, 10% in small French oak barrels at 22-24°C.
Aging in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
