Description

A completely new blend of Syrah (Sy), CABERNET FRANC (CA), and the Italian Sangiovese variety from 20-year-old vines in Levunovo. The grapes were harvested at their perfect phenolic ripeness, with maximum aromatic potential. 21 days of skin contact, malolactic fermentation during maceration. Aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
