Description

The Syrah grape loves our sunny and dry climate, achieving perfect aromatic and phenolic ripeness. Harvesting and selection are done by hand. We perform 20 days of skin contact with gentle extraction. Malolactic fermentation is then carried out in French oak barrels for 12 months. After bottling, it ages in the bottles for 9 months. It is unfiltered; any sediment is natural.
