Bodega Colome в Салта е основана през 1831 г. и е най-старата действаща изба в Аржентина, с лозя сред най-високо разположените в света — в долината Калчаки, на над 2000 метра. Тана е сортът на френския Мадиран, известен с най-високото танинно съдържание сред червените. Тук дава наситено вино с къпина, черна слива, кафе и подправка. Сервирайте на 16–18 °C към печено месо, дивеч или зрели твърди сирена.
