Description

Luce is the iconic wine of the eponymous estate, symbolizing the harmonious balance between the elegant structure of Sangiovese and the richness of Merlot. The wine combines the traditions and terroir of the Montalcino region with a personal interpretation of this extraordinary land.

Almost impenetrable ruby-red color. Initially, the bouquet is reductive and relatively harsh, opening up softly and warmly with increased aeration and a seductive aroma of ripe forest fruits, tobacco, and leather. The taste is concentrated, distinctive, and tannic, yet silky and promising on the palate. The finish is long and deep with notes of coffee and vanilla. A wonderful combination of Merlot and Sangiovese with great potential.
