Description

The distillery is located closest to the Jalisco volcano. It uses volcanic water, permeated through the earth and extracted from a shallow artesian well. It is filtered through a patented coconut fiber filter and ionized with Mexican silver. 100% pure Weber Blue Agave Tequila.

CENOTE REPOSADO is aged in lightly charred barrels because we believe the process should enhance, not dominate, the natural agave flavors. The use of this type of barrel results in a lighter color. Cenote™ Reposado is aged for 3 months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. The result is a perfect balance of sophisticated flavors of vanilla, wood, and spices, with freshly cooked agave and green vegetable notes.
