Grape Varieties: Mandilaria and Assyrtiko.

Color: Rich and beautiful pink color.

Aroma: Intense fruity notes of red berries - strawberries, cherries. In the background, a slight spiciness and floral notes develop.

Taste: Rich and well-balanced on the palate, with a pleasant freshness from the acidity and depth.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested from vineyards averaging around 50 years old, located in Exo Gonia, Akrotiri, Megalochori, and Messaria. There is a brief skin contact before fermentation in the press. This is followed by classic white wine vinification with selected yeasts at low temperatures. The wine ages on fine lees for at least 4 months.
