Description

The Chita Single Grain Whisky is different from ordinary grain whiskies used for blending.

To instill greater complexity and depth of flavor, Shinji Fukuyo decided that Chita should mature in wine and Spanish oak casks, in addition to American white oak casks. The result is a light and delicate grain whisky with unmatched sophistication and a clean finish.

Color: Bright gold

Nose: Crème brûlée, cardamom, acacia honey, blossoming rose

Palate: Light and smooth, notes of mint and honey

Finish: Clean, with a bittersweet oak aftertaste

ABV: 43%
