Description

The Irishman Single Malt 0.7 is produced from premium Irish barley, which undergoes triple distillation in copper pot stills, using the classic method. Aging is carried out first in American oak barrels, previously used for bourbon from the Kentucky region. After this, the whiskey completes its unique flavor profile in Oloroso sherry casks made of European oak.

Each batch is limited to a maximum of 6000 bottles.

Color: Golden-brown;

Aroma: Dried apricots, ripe peaches and tropical fruits, orange blossom and vanilla;

Taste: Sweet vanilla, toasted almonds and honey, complemented by biscuits and green apples. The nutty notes give way to the peppery oak finish.
