The Irishman The Harvest is a unique blend containing 70% Single Malt and 30% Pot Still, created by the brand's founder, Bernard Walsh. It is the only Irish whiskey with 100% copper pot still distillates and 0% grain distillates, which shapes its distinctive flavor profile. The whiskey is triple distilled and aged in American oak barrels.

Aroma: Delicate aromas of peach and cinnamon, highlighted by a hint of black pepper.

Taste: Smooth on the palate, with nuances of dark chocolate, oak, and a hint of vanilla.

Finish: Long, with an emphasis on oak and caramel.
