A 12-year-old single malt whisky, the result of The Macallan's traditional aging in 100% sherry casks. Its uniqueness comes from the fact that it matures in two types of sherry casks – from European and American oak. The Macallan 12 Double Cask reveals the unrivaled dedication to craftsmanship and reverence for wood, for which the brand has been known since its creation in 1824, and today, stepping into the new high-tech distillery, The Macallan is one step closer to the perfect single malt whisky. The combination of Oloroso sherry casks from American and European oak creates the distinctive character of a truly harmonious single malt. Natural amber color, aromas of vanilla, citrus, toffee, and oak wood, as well as a long, warm finish, create a sense of perfect pleasure.
