The beautiful label of this elegant wine transports us back to the 1920s, conveying a message of how effortlessly life should be lived. A creation by Sacha Lichine, this superb rosé perfectly combines the characteristics of its terroir. To preserve maximum freshness and aromas, the harvest is done entirely by hand and at night. The next stage involves pressing and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages on its fine lees for a period of 5 to 8 months for additional softening of the taste.
The wine's name was also not chosen by chance – over a century ago, the first rosés from Provence arrived in England, which were much paler in color than the rosés from Bordeaux. Connoisseurs of the elegant drink didn't know how else to order it, and so the name naturally arose from the phrase "May I have a bottle from The Pale, please?"
