This complex and mature Single Malt has a deep amber appearance with an attractive and good texture. A perfect balance between soft, ripe apple and blackberry fruits and spicy dryness. Soft and inviting on the nose. Light to medium body, softness coating the tongue. Its sweet autumn fruits are perfectly balanced by nut, spicy dryness. On the palate, there is a delicate mint, rhubarb, and apple juice. Dries out, with a rich, silky bitterness of cocoa. To finish, the sweetness gently introduces a longer, drying oak. 30 ml whiskey The Singleton
1/2 teaspoon honey
15ml clear apple juice
25 ml sugar syrup 1:1
Method: Pour the ingredients into a shaker or a tightly sealed jar, stir and shake with plenty of ice for about 10-15 seconds. Double strain (with a fine sieve) and then top up to the rim of the glass with sparkling wine. Garnish with an apple slice.
