Malt Master Craig Wilson has personally selected casks from the distillery's rich collection in Dufftown – established in 1896 to produce distinctive Speyside whisky combining rich, fruity, and honeyed notes. The new The Singleton Malt Master is aged in European and American wine, sherry, and bourbon casks, features a soft texture and predominantly sweet taste, and is crafted to attract and captivate a wider and more contemporary audience.

The distinctive bottle is inspired by a 19th-century flask carved from blue glass, and includes the batch number, the master's signature, and tasting notes to help consumers navigate the widths and depths of single malt whisky. In this aesthetically pleasing bottle, The Singleton Malt Master conceals the aroma of fresh fruits with notes of honey and vanilla, combined with a very slight hint of wood ash at the base, and a soft, fresh, and sweet fruity taste with a pinch of white pepper for a finish.

30 ml The Singleton whiskey

1/2 teaspoon honey

15ml clear apple juice

25 ml 1:1 simple syrup

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker or tightly sealed jar, stir, and shake with plenty of ice for about 10-15 seconds. Double strain (with a fine sieve) and then top up to the rim of the glass with sparkling wine. Garnish with an apple slice.
