Description

This elegant and complex Valpolicella continues the family tradition of the Ripasso method, used since 1850.

The Ripasso method is delicately achieved by conducting a secondary extended maceration and fermentation on the pomace of Amarone grapes, giving the wine greater complexity, a bolder and softer body, and intense color.

A blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone, the wine ages for 2 years in large oak barrels.
