Description

Hand-picked grapes. The grapes are sorted and dried in crates outdoors for 2 months, thus achieving natural concentration of sugars, aromas, and color. The almost raisined grapes are crushed and fermented with the stems.

Aged for 18 months in Bulgarian oak barrels, followed by another 12 months in the bottle.

Excellent aging potential.
