Description

100% Mavrud. The grapes are hand-picked and dried outdoors for 2 months. This achieves a natural concentration of sugars, color, and aromas. The almost raisined grapes are crushed and fermented together with the stems.

Aged for 18 months in new Bulgarian oak barrels, then another 12 months in the bottle.
