Description

The Peter Sölva winery is one of the oldest wineries in Caldaro. We are a family business that has been passed down from father to son for hundreds of years. Documents from 1731 show that our family has been growing grapes, producing and selling wine without interruption for 10 generations.

Manual harvest. Aged for 12 months on the lees ("Sur lie"). 60% in wooden barrels and 40% in stainless steel.
