„Ried“ означава единичен парцел — Hochrain е конкретно лозе във Вахау, а не купаж. Вайсбургундер (пино блан) там дава по-плътно и по-текстурно бяло от ризлинга, с бяла праскова, лешник и мека киселинност. Jamek е сред избите, които създават класификационната система на Вахау. Сервирайте на 10–12 °C към риба на фурна, бяло месо или аспержи.

Color: Medium intense yellow-green color with silver reflections
Aroma and taste: The multifaceted bouquet is characterized by ripe yellow apples, delicate notes of orange peel, and charming aromas of nuts and freshly cut meadow herbs. Nuances of exotic fruits complement the complex palette of flavors, and the body is refined, with well-integrated acidity.
Aging: The wine ages in neutral stainless steel vessels. It has enough body and structure to remain in the bottle for at least the next three to five years.
Recommended serving temperature: 9-12 C

Soil: The grapes come from the steep, south-east facing slopes of Ried Hochrain in Wösendorf on the Danube, where the soils are primarily loess-based and rich in nutrients.
