Description

The history of this brand dates back to 1870 and it is a family-owned winery, currently managed by the fifth generation of Eguren. The main philosophy of this family is to give back to the land what it has given them. For the past two centuries, they have followed this philosophy through their dedication and passion for caring for the terroir.

Own vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. Environmentally integrated viticulture with maximum respect for the "terroir", following the biorhythms of the plant. Organic fertilization.

35% Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc 30%, Viura 25%, Maturana 5% and Tempranillo 5%

The white varieties are macerated for 48 hours in stainless steel tanks, and then macerated with the red varieties for 72 hours at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

The name Sierra Cantabria XF comes from the Marquise of Mirabel, Xandra Falcó, to whom this limited edition rosé wine with floral finesse and aromatic elegance is dedicated.
