Цвайгелт е най-разпространеният червен сорт в Австрия — създаден през 1922 г. от кръстоска между блауфренкиш и санкт лаурент. Органичната версия на Мартин Паслер е лека и жизнена: вишна, малина и лек черен пипер, с ниски танини и жива киселинност. Сервирайте леко охладено, на 14–16 °C, към бяло месо или чарктерия.
