Dragomir Winery Estate

Dragomir Wine Estate is located in the Thracian Valley, Bulgaria. The estate itself is steeped in rich history, which began many years ago. Centuries-old traditions and skills are passed down from generation to generation to create the perfect combination of land, climate, and passion.

The history of the Wine Estate began in 2006 when the Yordanovi family decided to create their wine house. They moved through several winemaking locations, and in 2020, they settled in the village of Brestnik, 5 km from the city of Plovdiv. The new wine complex exudes style and avant-garde in every dimension. This building is an architectural masterpiece. It is built entirely in accordance with the unique requirements of the owners and perfectly combines with the style of the wines.

With a production capacity of up to 90,000 bottles per year, predominantly red wines, the new wine house represents an exceptional technological marvel. Equipped with the latest technology and high-class barrels, it guarantees a high standard and quality in wine production. The tasting room is integrated into the production space itself, where wine lovers can not only immerse themselves in the pleasure of tasting but also be part of the technological process. By carefully observing the details of the craftsmanship, visitors can enjoy wine not only as a drink but also as an art.

Grape varieties grown

At Dragomir Wine Estate, various local (autochthonous) grape varieties are grown – Rubin, Mavrud, Dimyat, and others, with each variety carrying its unique character and aroma. One of Dragomir's main priorities is to produce high-quality wines. For this purpose, a combination of traditional and modern production technologies is used.

The estate offers visitors the opportunity to explore the vineyards and taste the different types of wines it produces. This is a wonderful opportunity for wine lovers to immerse themselves in the magic of production and get acquainted with the various grape varieties.

Combining the traditional culture of Bulgarian winemaking with modern approaches to agriculture and technology, Dragomir Wine Estate continues to be known as one of the leaders in the industry.
